Management Board
The board of directors is the supreme authority of the institution, its functions are planning and setting policy, determining the application of housing and approval of financial programs and its own regulations.
Organization Structure
The organizational structure of MBRHE consists of a number of specialized departments, which are working to achieve institutional excellence in various departments and sectors of the Est. through a precise strategy that ensures continuous development, and taking everything that will delight the clients and provide adequate housing for citizens.
Leaders
The leadership of MBRHE is a group of promising leaders, managers and their assistants who share the work to cover different sectors and sections, and ensures the work process according to the strategy of the institution and to achieve its mission and objectives.

The Establishment works to strengthen the strategic decisions related to the future needs of housing, while contributing to the revitalization/ stimulating of the national economy through the implementation of investment projects and the activation of strategic partnerships with the private and public sectors.
Nursery
In order to improve performance and quality of life at work and to directly impact the productivity of staff; MBRHE has been supportive enough to open a nursery to welcome kids of their staff during the working hours.

        This service allows the client ​to obtain a land grant in order to build a residential house.

    • Apply for housing grant

        This service allows the customer to obtain a housing unit within housing complex projects under the usufruct system without financial compensation.

    • Apply for Housing construction grant
      • Apply for Housing construction grant

        This service allows the customer to obtain a financial aid grant to build a housing unit with a value not exceeding 750,000 dirhams for anyone who owns an empty residential plot or under constructions. 

    • Apply for housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial / whole) grant
      • Apply for housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial / whole) grant

        This service allows the client to obtain a grant to maintain, add or partially replace the existing residence up to a maximum of AED 300,000 or a maximum replacement of AED 750,000.

    • Apply for apartment grant
      • Apply for apartment grant

        This Service enables the client to obtain an apartment grant from the residential complexes projects which are under construction and being supervised by the Establishment with no charge for individuals, spouses and small families with less than 4 members.

    • Apply for a housing construction request on a relative’s land
      • Apply for a housing construction request on a relative’s land

        Building a housing unit on the land of a first or second degree relative.

  • Loans
    • Apply for Readymade Housing loan
      • Apply for Readymade Housing loan

        This service allows the customer to obtain a non-profit loan of a maximum value of (1,000,000) dirhams for the purpose of allocating ready housing within the housing complex projects that are supervised by the establishment.

    • Apply for construction loan
      • Apply for construction loan

        Client can obtain a no interest loan of (1,000,000) AED maximum to construct a residential house within a specific period.

    • Apply for housing purchase
      • Apply for housing purchase

        Client can pay full amount of the ready house within the Establishment's housing projects and receive it.

    • Apply for housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial / whole) loan
      • Apply for housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial / whole) loan

        Client can obtain a no interest loan of 300,000AED maximum for house works or a total replacement of AED 750,000

    • Apply for housing unit loan from local market
      • Apply for housing unit loan from local market

        This service enables the client to obtain a non-profit loan amounting to (AED 1,000,000) in maximum to allocate a ready house from the residential complexes projects which are under construction and being supervised by the Establishment with no charge

    • Apply for housing unit rent
      • Apply for housing unit rent

        This service allows the customer to obtain an apartment under the easy rent system as part of the housing complex projects that are supervised by the establishment in exchange for a monthly deduction.

    • Loans

      In response to his HH Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum , Dubai Ruler' directions to provide the adequate housing for Emirate of Dubai' citizens, in satisfaction to the life requirements, welfare reaching to a good living levels, Mohammed Bin Rashed Housing Institution provide a bunch of housing services such as a constructed house loan, construction on non-constructed residential plot loan, maintenance loan, construct additional parts on an constructed premises to suit the citizens expectations, anticipations and needs to achieve the family stability that reflect on the society and reflect in return a civilized impression about Emirate of Dubai in specific and the country in general housing services, including donating governmental houses, residential plots, maintenance, constructing attachments to the existing buildings, giving housing loans, giving loans for building the space residential plots, maintenance loans and building additional attachments to the existing buildings, in a way to meet the expectations and requirements of the nationals, in order to achieve family stability which reflects on the society and gives civilized impression about the Emirate of Dubai in particular, and the Country in general.

      Allows the client to get house maintenance of the ready housing of the Establishment's projects after receiving its keys for one year period.

      Converting a customer’s loan process from the establishment to financial institutions, without interest on the approved loan value by the establishment.

  • Payment of Arrears of Installments Due

      Client gets to pay all late installments due to be paid from the housing loan

      Client gets to request a letter stating all financial obligations due for the housing loan.

      A financial reward that the establishment grants to the beneficiary who have been approved construction loan and has completed the housing without benefiting from disbursing the loan granted by the establishment

        This to assign a contractor after the client sign the new housing loan with the Establishment. This requires to open a new project and assessment of the project through plans, technical requirements study and cost evaluation of sq foot execution and studying the contractors' project assessment as well as quantity and percentage of allocation on works list in compliance with architectural standards.

        The client get to start to withdraw first payment for the project according to percentage of completion through payment certificate applied to the Establishment verified by the contractor and consultant and the owner gets verified for the payment and signs on it.

        This service enables the provision of fixed-model villas at various costs based on the size of each villa, that are designed to meet the demands of various families, whether in terms of family size or financial ability.

        The client get to withdraw running payments for the building projects and the contractor submits the payment after consultant & client's verification and signing it off.

    • Apply For Retention Payment
      • Apply For Retention Payment

        For the client to request release of all retained of 10% of the contract value between  the Establishment and the loaner.

        The client gets to withdraw last payment for the contract after final completion of the project.

        This service allows Suppliers to initiate their registration at the Establishment in accordance with such prescribed conditions under Law No. 6 of 1997 on Contracts of Government Departments in the Emirate of Dubai, as amended; thus, they may take part in tenders for assuming works or provision of services and supplies.

MBRHE also publishes the results of the evaluation of suppliers and contractors.
